University of Santo Tomas has announced their offering of Senior High School (Grade 11 and Grade 12) this coming school year. Students must take the UST Entrance Test to qualify for admission.

I was done signing the pre-registration form online for USTET application (for incoming college) when I accidentally clicked a key that I don’t remember, then later on, it proceeded into the home page. The thing is, I wasn’t able to get my reference no. even though I am trying to retrieve it back. When I sign up again for another pre-registration form (so I could get my reference no.), it is being directed again into the home page. How is that po? Please answer, I am having a panic right now because of this 🙁

The entrance test schedule has already ended unfortunately. Better call UST if they still give special exam schedules.

As of our last update, the last schedule of exam was Dec. 4, 2016. You may call the UST registrar’s office if they still give special exam schedules for those interested to qualify for SHS for school year 2017-2018.

PhP 600.00 – Filipinos studying in the Philippines
PhP 1,000.00 – Filipinos studying abroad
PhP 1,000.00 – Foreigners studying in the Philippines
PhP 1,500.00 – Foreigners studying abroad who wish to take the entrance examinations (USTET) in the Philippines
3. Pay thru Metrobank
4. Requirements:
a. Original and clear photocopy of the following:
-Second Grading Period of the applicant’s Grade 6 Report Card (Form 138). The applicant should have a general average of at least 85% for the Second Grading Period;
-Baptismal Certificate;
-Income Tax Return (ITR) 2015 or 2016 of both parents. Combined annual income should not exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 450, 000.00);
-If OFW, copy of contract from present employer.
b. Original copy of the following:
-Certification of Good Moral Character coming from the School Principal/Guidance Counselor;
-Notarized Certification of Breakdown of Income coming from employer.
-Two pieces 2”x2” recent identical pictures (white background) with applicant’s name written at the back.
-Application fee of Six Hundred Pesos only (Php 600. 00).

UP does not have an exam for senior high. The UPCAT is for those who will be going to college.

Nope, we do not accept vouchers from the government. The vouchers can only be used for schools with senior high schools.
My daughter passed the examination and qualified. But I missed the schedule of payment for the reservation. I tried so hard to ask again for a reconsideration for her application and I submitted 2 letters and email begging to consider my request of approval to pay my reservation fee or rather pay in full tuition fee. But the door for them is still closed. My daughter never gave up on me. Until now she still hoping that a chance for her will be given. Senior High School applicant for 2016- please a reconsideration for us.

The tuition fee po the whole year si 104,000 according sa orientation sa ust. So bale may 2 sem so mahahati po siya sa 2 so magihing 52k po 5 months pero mababawas po ang esc tuition. God bless us all po
