Comments on: Wait List, Reconsideration and Appeal Procedure for UPLB 2019

Hi Sir/Mam!
I have a UPG of 2.523. I got interviewed during recon application but the results is this:

This is to regretfully inform you that due to limited slots, your waitlist admission application for the First Semester 2020-2021 has not been favored. Like in previous years, there will likely be another waitlist application for the Second Semester 2020-2021 open on;y for students who did not enroll in any university during the First Semester 2020-2021. Announcement details regarding this matter will be posted in the OUR Website (our.uplb.edu.ph) sometime in November 2020.

My question: Is it worth it to sacrifice one sem in one school to wait for 2nd sem in UPLB? What is the guarantee that I will be accepted in 2nd sem? Is there anything I should do to be able to ensure slot for second sem? Please help. Thanks!

Good day po! Paano po kung pasok po ako sa minimum requirement sa scores pero hindi po ako nakapag-indicate ng UPLB as campus choice sa UPCAT application? Pwede pa bo ba akong maka apply? Kukuha po kasi sana ako ng BS Biology dito sa UPLB 🙁 sana makapasok 🙁

Good afternoon, ma’am/sir. I am waitlisted for a degree program in UPM but I want to be in UPLB. Will I do the same process done in reconsideration or should I talk to the UPM OUR to transfer my slot to UPLB? Thank you!

Good afternoon sir/ma’am. I got 2.634 UPG and I have two questions for reconsideration.
1. Is it possible for reconsideration for BS Agricultural Engineering even though two of the subtest scores didn’t make it to the requirement? In reading and science but my score in science was off by three.
2. My second choice for reconsideration is BS Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship. I made it most of my subtest scores other than the reading and in other copies of the college requirements it needs an average of 61% and I got 69%. Is it also possible to take that course?

Hello! I was wondering. I got admitted to UP Diliman po this year. I was not able to meet the quota for BS MBB there, so I got admitted to my second choice which was BS Statistics. But I plan to take up medicine and I was hoping to get transferred to UPLB so I could study BS Biology there as pre-med.

Pwede po kaya akong magpa-appeal to get transferred to a different campus and apply to a totally different program? Thank you po so much.
